If you wish, we can deal with the details in connection with planned or non-acute admissions.
If you are hospitalised, we can issued a payment guarantee - matched to the cover selected by you. The bill can then be sent directly to us, enabling you to concentrate on getting better.
In the event of emergency admissions, we should be notified as soon as possible in order to avoid misunderstandings about the insurance cover. You must state the date of admission, diagnosis, treatment and expected date of discharge.
Expenses in connection with the notification of hospital admissions will be refunded by IHI (eg your call to IHI from another country)
